Enjoy all of this, surrounded by a timeless aesthetic, and a durable outlook on architecture. It’s nothing short of paradise. Let us take you there.

FOR SALE OR FOR RENT

For 6 to 12 persons

Currently, Barefoot Luxury is in Phase 1 of completing The Esculturas infrastructure. The project is ongoing and will continue to evolve in the coming years. The first 12 villas, out of the total of 30, are now being built, with completion planned for the end of 2019. These villas are for rent or for sale. It is also possible to buy a villa built to suit.

4 DIFFERENTY TYPES

INTERACTION

The Esculturas villas are not cookie-cutter. The four types of holiday homes ensure a level of personal choice. You can opt to live on one level or on up to four, depending on the incline of the terrain. The higher up, the more arresting the views. When you go through your bedroom towards either a beautiful garden or spacious terrace, you can find an outdoor kitchen and swimming pool, and even more bedrooms that open up to either a colonnade or a full view on the bay. The four villa options we offer cater to all kinds of different needs.

ARCHITECTURE

POLO architects x Going East

From the main road, small paths lead to wooden gates in the garden or patio walls that form indirect accesses for each villa
on their lowest and highest platform. Behind these gates,
a contemporary architecture reveals itself that is grafted upon vernacular building techniques and natural materials such as local brown lava stone and wood. These materials are carefully selected locally to allow the sculptural volumes to blend into the existing landscape. When entering the villa, textured light concrete walls draw the outdoor light into the villa. Its contemporary plan is formed by a compartmentalizing of indoor spaces that merge with the outdoor patio terrace through large opening windows and a kitchen that stitches indoor and outdoor living.
