PROJECTS, THE ESCULTURAS AND THE
ALDEIA

The Esculturas comprises of luxurious private villas spread over a zone of 18 ha. The Aldeia is a more public oriented zone where the Passerela – a lively beach bar, a natural swimming pool and public strip – together with the lodges – smaller vacation residences exploited by a hotel operator – will create a vivid gathering space at the ocean.

The beach between these zones that merges with the beautiful valley towards Mindelo will become a protected valley where nature and smallscale agriculture will flourish amidst the future development zones on its flanks.

The most Eastern zone along the coastline will become an important connection area between the Baía de João d’Évora and the scenic local village Salamansa that has privileged ocean conditions for water sports.

When completed, the project will cover a total surface of over 312 ha.
